Visiting the website

Your IP address and technical connection information are processed to deliver and secure the website. Fonts and the 3D model are hosted with the website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. The website application does not store visitor profiles or contact message bodies in a database.

Contact inquiries

The form processes your name, email address, message and selected language to answer your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical security processing also relies on Article 6(1)(f).

Delivery and recipients

Inquiries are delivered through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to garybyte.dev@gmail.com, a Google-hosted mailbox. Hosting administrators and these providers process data as needed to operate their services. Resend sending is configured in the Ireland region; this is not a guarantee that all processing stays within the EU. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer arrangements. See their privacy and processing information below.

Retention

The form temporarily keeps hashed abuse-prevention and duplicate-request records in memory, for up to one hour. Message bodies are not written to the website's logs. Received correspondence is kept as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship or applicable legal retention duties. Provider copies follow the provider's retention rules; Resend currently describes 30-day email/log retention for its standard plans.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The contact form makes no automated decisions about you.
